Production Team
At The Triple Door, we believe that service for our guests starts with service for our performers. Our production team is dedicated to the needs of the artist, whether that means a good meal or a set of mandolin strings. We give the artist a chance to relax and concentrate on what they are here to do—connect to their audience and perform. Will Kane, Craig Montgomery, and Paul Strong are the people that make the artists happy and the music happen. They make sure that no matter what the day has in store, it always ends in success. Even if that means three shows a day, multiple load-ins, and impossible schedules. These guys like a challenge.
Booking and Marketing
Bound by a love for music, poster art and sandwiches, the Triple Door Booking and Marketing department is Talent Buyer Scott Giampino, Marketing and Promotions Manager Leif Engberg and Graphic Designer/Poster Artist Mike Klay. From the booking inquiry to the moment the artist sets foot on stage, the team collaborates to ensure each show’s success - all the while keeping things light-hearted. Often described as the “trifecta of fun”, Scott, Leif and Mike frequently contribute to their self-made wall of shame and pursue serious team building activities like tragic music Friday, baseball and Sounders games, and aquarium maintenance. Perhaps the loudest corner of the office, the booking and marketing department is well versed in both the music industry and music history, as well as levity - which is fitting, considering that it’s part of the job description.
Service Team
Do you know how to find seat 211A? Probably not. That’s why you check in with our Maitre d', who will direct you to one of our hostesses, and then you’re off to the elusive seat 211A. Do you know what you’d like to eat or what to sip with it? Maybe. But if not, our servers and sommeliers can guide you to the most delectable entrees and wines. Do you know how to make The Green Dragon cocktail? Of course not. But our bartenders do, and our servers will have it to your table in seconds. Getting you comfortably seated, pleasantly full, and happily buzzed is a team effort.
