Angela Soffe Band

Angela Soffe Band is an award-winning Americana band based in Central Washington. Known for soaring vocals and gentle folk melodies, the band has amassed a devoted fan base in the Pacific Northwest. Their recent album, "Second Wind" was an independent move out of the quiet of personal darkness, making a bold return to music after singer, Angela Soffe spent 8 years away from music. The album was nominated for Americana Album of the Year 2018 by the Independent Music Awards. Skope Magazine calls their music, "timeless, with a message that truly resonates." The new single, "Rocks" hit the ground running in 2018, winning the Great American Songwriting Contest in the Americana genre and garnering the attention of music gatekeepers who noted that the poignant lyrics created a social stir. "We hear an artist that is breaking new ground in her own way" says Independent Artist Buzz. She and her 4-piece band perform Americana nuggets in every venue, bringing a breath of freshness to their fans.  The band has garnered accolades and awards for performances brimming with understated roots music virtuosity, and boundless creativity.

Boot Juice

This 5-piece band features clean electric and acoustic guitars, three vocalists, bass and drum kit. The band has its heart in folk and blues songwriting, with a rock’n’roll delivery that gets crowds moving. The members of Boot Juice are mostly childhood friends that grew up playing music together, and who went on to follow different musical paths before coming together to form this band.

Maiah Wynne

Maiah Wynne is a multi-instrumentalist, one-woman tour de force, with a show that appeals to people of all ages and backgrounds. Throughout her performances, Maiah fluently transitions through unique and traditional instruments, like the dulcimer, oil can ukulele, keys, and guitar, while her feet do the percussive work. Adept at embodying a mood or theme in one song and then swapping it for another, what emerges is a shifting and engaging experience threaded through by Wynne’s haunting, evocative voice and earnest lyrics.

Artists like Maiah Wynne remind us that we have a choice in how we engage with the world. Wynne is intentional in the subjects she chooses to write about. She believes in art—music in particular—as a means for change and has dedicated projects to causes including the preservation of ocean life and mental health.

She has performed on large stages and in intimate settings including featured appearances at Sundance Film Festival and South by Southwest. Maiah most recently placed second in The Museum of Pop Culture's Sound Off 2018 competition, and she toured as a featured artist with Portland Cello Project in May.

Paul Filinson w/ Dave Benedict and Brandt Parke

Paul Filinson is an American singer/songwriter who studied voice with Judy Davis in Oakland California. Judy was the vocal coach to Barbra Streisand, Steve Perry, and other notables.

After a stint as lead singer in Brother Sky band in the 90’s, Paul began his solo career. He continues writing and recording in the Seattle area and has recently released his EP “Come and see me”.

Dave Benedict is a songwriter based in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle. Drawing inspiration from the PNW and its people, songs are crafted with guitars, pianos and horns and formed in the vein of rock, folk, and alternative music. Playing as a duo with Heidi Biggs

Brandt Parke is a musician and songwriter based in the greater Seattle area. He has played with many bands, organizations, and groups over the years, and now focuses on his solo career, collaborations, and his rock band Mister Master.

The Mighty Dreadful Stringband

Genre: Bluegrass , Folk

Established in 2014, The Mighty Dreadful have quickly been laying waste to stringband and country music tropes, becoming a fixture of the greater Seattle area. In a style best defined as “Modern Roots”, the band seeks to bring traditional sound forward into everyday life.

The current Dreadfuls are Kelly Erb, vocalist/fiddler/mother of dragons, Nick McLean, vocalist/guitarist, David Owens, vocalist/guitarist, and Andy Lowe struggling mute/bass. 2018 may be the end of civilization, but it also marks the first professional studio album by the band. A good mix of traditional bluegrass, blues, jazz, and folk music, its subject matter ranges from the Dory fishing fleet off the Oregon coast to the benefits of the devil’s lettuce.
